Synthony

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

This policy describes what personal information Synthony collects through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect on this page is the email address you submit to our waitlist form. We do not ask for, or store, your name, company, phone number, or any other personally identifying field.

We also use Vercel Analytics to count anonymised page views. It does not set cookies and does not collect personal identifiers.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when Synthony is available and send you an API key. We may also send a small number of related product updates leading up to launch.

We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Email addresses are stored in Mailjet, our email service provider. Mailjet processes the data on our behalf under their published privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we shut the waitlist down — whichever comes first. After launch, we may transition the address to a regular product mailing list; at that point you’ll receive a clearly identified marketing email and can unsubscribe with one click.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

For any of the above, email privacy@synthony.dev and we’ll act on the request within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies for tracking. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify anyone on the waitlist by email before the change takes effect.
